Parent Communication Protocol 25-26
Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is committed to the safety and well-being of our students and staff. CCPS understands that educating students is a shared responsibility between school and home and requires open, direct, and respectful communication.
At times, concerns may arise that require direct communication with staff members. Our goal is to resolve concerns at the appropriate level within a reasonable timeframe while maintaining respectful and productive communication.
The attached Clayton County Communication Protocol document outlines a clear four-step process for how parents can collaborate with school staff to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
